HISTORIAN Gregory Johnson Sawaner Tucker Take and maintain historical photos of the Chapter's planned events and meetings. Create and publish a Silver Chapter yearbook. Solicit the sell of the Silver Chapter's yearbook.
MEMBERSHIP Nelson Justice James Davis Solicit membership to all warrant officers. Plan and conduct membership drives. Establish points of contacts within Fort Hood's major commands and separate brigades to connect with newly arriving warrant officers. Maintain email or telephone contact with all active and inactive members. Establish sub-membership committees to cover the following areas: Active duty warrants officers(1st Calvary, 4th ID and separate brigades), retired warrant officers, Reserve and National Guard warrant officers.
MEMORABILIA and AWARDS Travis Martin Albert Bamsch Market and sell USAWOA and Silver Chapter memorabilia. Also, acquire certificates, plaques and trophies to be presented on behalf of the Silver Chapter.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Johngeline Abernathy Vacant Plan and coordinate professional development training for the Silver Chapter. Invite guess speakers and distribute informative material to educate the Chapter's membership. Keep the Chapter informed on news that affect warrant officers.
PUBLICITY and NEWSLETTER Vacant Vacant Ensure Silver Chapter events are posted in the Fort Hood newspaper. Also, post upcoming Chapter events on the Phantom Warrior email distributor.
RECRUITMENT and MENTORSHIP Monifa Dickson Roy Rucker Act as the Fort Hood Silver Chapter's point of contact to connect a potential warrant officer candidate with a senior warrant officer in a specific MOS field to interview/write a letter of recommendation. Also, act as the Chapter's point of contact to connect a junior warrant officer with a good fit/match senior warrant officer mentor.
RETIREE/VETERAN AFFAIRS Willie Starnes Willie Morris Keep the Chapter informed on policies that affect retirees/veterans such as retirement pay and VA benefits. The Committee will assume the role as senior retiree/veterans members of the Chapter. The Committee will assist the Membership Committee in soliciting retiree/veteran membership. The Committee will keep the Chapter informed on the health and welfare of retiree/veteran warrant officers residing in the local Fort Hood community.
SCHOLARSHIP and SPONSORSHIP Rose Jeter Lee Rowland Establish an effective program for selecting and awarding a scholarship/sponsorship to eligible awardees within the Fort Hood community.
WEBSITE Brooke Finkenbinder Roy Rucker Perform as a webmaster for the Fort Hood Silver Chapter's Website. Updates the website with latest Chapter news, events and photos.
WELFARE John Cheek Michael Weist Seek and advise the Chapter on supporting momentous charitable, sponsorship and community events.
